The STAR BAND re-formed in 2001 and has become one of the top show bands performing in Asia. Based out of Rhode Island in the USA, the band consists of 6 members, four guys and two girls. Allen Van Harris on lead guitar and lead vocals; Elizabeth Maria Theodosiou on lead vocals; Josanne Catherine Prescod on lead vocals; Kevin Connel Person on drums and vocals; Teffy Mayne on keyboards and vocals; and Donovan Alfonso Westney on bass guitar and vocals.

As well as being a strong vocal band they possess a show full of energy and vitality. With material ranging from old school to new school and everything in between there is no venue that the band can't handle. The band's belief is that our job is to take the customers mind off of the day's troubles and to have a fun night.

The band has performed through Asia including China, Japan, Malaysia, Macau, Hong Kong, Thailand and Indonesia as well as in the New York in such venues as CBGB's, Sweetwaters, Apollo Theater as well as in other parts of the USA. The Star Band has a large following throughout Asia and is always greeted with open arms wherever we go because our friends know that they'll have a great evening and get their money's worth.

The band has performed in numerous 5-star hotels including the Hyatt, Le Meridien and Shangri-la chain since coming to Asia with many return dates.
